I mean, I’m a girl, and no one ever says I have nice titties. I personally don’t want them to say anything about my upper body!

I’ve got a Wii Fit. It’s accually a good workout alternative. Obviously a lot of the Human factor of a personal trainer is taken out, so its not going to be as good, but really this is a good game. I like it because, sure you can do all of this on your own, like running, but the game helps to keep you motivated.

And the game didnt call the girl fat, it said her BMI was over 20 somthin and that she was either at risk or was overweight.

How big is that t.v? Anywho I wonder if that balance board can support people over 300 pounds…the people who really need to lose weight.

  6. nomisunit on January 2nd, 2009 8:48 am

the wii calculates based on BMI… but (with several hilarious video responses) calculate muscle mass into the BMI.. or your score. thus if you have a fairly high body fat content, it will probably be accurate. If you have like.. a 6 pack going on it will probably call you fat, it goes by weight and muscle weigh’s more. My thoughts on this is.. yes it should have something to calculate more athletic ppl… but if you have a 6-pack, I don’t think you have to worry about your BMI.

I have the Wii Fit and it’s pretty good. It told me I was at a healthy weight with a BMI of 20.87 =]. I did some muscle training like Lunges and could REALLY feel it working!

what the hell are you on about? firstly, what you wrote makes no sense. second, bmi isn’t calculated solely on weight, you genius.

She’s an idiot you can’t were shoes while working out on the wii fit and she said you have to run behind your trainer they want you to keep a steady pace so you wont feel like your about to die,and there is such thing on that as free run were you dont run behind a trainer.

calm down i only said on thing and it was a response. ok some people are shy but why not buy a fitness machine, like a treadmill or buy some weights to life, the wii fit for fitness is not worth it but for fun it’s alright.

  16. MichaelSxe555 on January 2nd, 2009 5:17 pm

You really need to shut the **** up. Some people are really shy, and would rather have something resembling a gym, so they can workout in the comfort of their own home.

  20. carterj3995 on January 2nd, 2009 11:13 pm

you said that it doesnt instruct you on breathing.. well i disagree.. it told me many times to breath .. i would say that it actually stresses breathing correctly.. also u didnt even show the strength building exercises which i thought are part of the most exhausting exercises.. but i did like your video

  30. almostnearlyevil on January 3rd, 2009 9:21 am

Last night, I was underweight (according to the wii fit) and I wanted to gain 10 lbs. Then, a day later, I had gained over 5 lbs. I’m not sure if it was an error or if I had actually gained 5 pounds of muscle. Anyway, it’s great for tracking progress.

  31. sxyflgrl on January 3rd, 2009 9:21 am

I totally disagree if you look the first yogs workout is breathing… and during the workout is is instructing you to breath and if your putting to much strain and or not enough. I think its great! being outside is nice but not everyone is comefortable doing workouts ouside. They feel better having fun and I think that its for kids and adults of all ages. and as you do the running etc . you unlock longer running .
