    We did that crossover one in our yoga/pilates lesson today… was really sore on the back! (and I’m only 16…)

    Hi Lorie, thanks for making this great video about Pilates. i ave first experienced pilates with my martial arts teachers and now I am getting ready for pilates certification. Great for posture, strenght and flexibility.

    The last one (the crossover) is really great for working the abs.
