    i would apreciate if you write in the infobox howmany reps. you do each exercise and the time line and so on, otherwise i can’t harly benefit from these videos. But i realy would like to cuz they are kreative, this an inspiration

    can u post a 5 day work out series … to follow to get in shape for the up coming swim suit season … thanks =) …. also do u recommend any supplement or protein to help trim off and tone your muscles ? thanks n keep up the good work ! .. oh and wait can you make another video explaining what type of foods to eat …. ! I wanna really start specializing my diet to get better results !
