It mainly improves the supporting muscle system and the triceps because it’s a sort of pushups…

look at figure competitors instead, or fitness models, fitness competitors….there are many other categories out there besides bodybuilding. it’s not the end-all be-all. just stop giving it so much respect. it’s only part of the fitness game.
