    which one would u say is the best ab excercise? i’ve heard u need to work on ur lower back to get toned abs, soo how can i get the best results¿ … i do cadio , and target my abs everyday with fitness ball i also have a balance diet , will this give me the 6 pack ab eventually?

    uhm, does your chest grow bigger by doing this, or are these excercises just to lose weight? cuz im searching for excercises that imroves your chest muscles..

    Ok I love this workout, but I was wondering well this help me loose my baby fat and I really want to loose the baby fat by july or august, well I loose all the baby fat by then. Thanks!

    wow, this is great. I just got my ball today. my instructor in brazillian jiu jitsu told me to buy one for my core muscles. I’m loving this ball. i really feel like i’m getting a good burn from a workout that doesn’t seem so hard. plus, it’s a great thing to have to sit on while i’m gaming it up. I’d suggest a ball to anyone
