Yeah me too at first because exercise 4 is the only one that really works the lower abs.
You should either do two sets of it and miss out one of the other exercises or if u can do another set on top of everything else.

uzair,, i used to be just like that in middle school.. i started to jog at first cuz i didnt have enough stamina as well. after a couple of weeks, i started running. then i gave up eating some junk food. its hard at first but you’ll get used to it. if you really want it you can do it. running was my best fat burner
correct, or if you want to do twice a day that wont hurt either. just stretch before you do any excercise, and remember, muscles grow while resting
ok i need help plz some one help me. im 12 years old almost 13 im 149 pounds 32 waist and im 5″2 1/2 how do i loose my waist down and get a six pack. i cant run either i dont have enough stamina someone help plz
