Hi Tammy, do you know any good exercise routine after meals because I sometimes eat full and it would really help if I can find ways to burn what I just ate.

yea like asked before how long for results?
Very bad time to exersize after a meal.
Your performance will suffer heavily so training won’t be anything like as effective.
If I have anything less than an hour before training it won’t be anything more than bannana.
What are you training for?
Good excersizes, but the form is bad, Especially in the lunges.

I am totally gonna put this in practice..i had always been told i have a nice *** even my boyfriend loves it. lol..but i think it is kinda flatish (even though i used to go to bath houses when i was single and guys were all over me because they see how sexy my butt looks like) lol…i guess it is just a self thing lol

it depends on your bodystructure, what you eat and how much you exercise. it will make it firmer at least

umm I am thinking the first does the lower bum muscles and the second does the higher ones
