Question: Is there anyway to do ab excercises without straining my neck? My body is weakest at the abs, so when I do the ab workout, I feel like a lot of the pressure is on my neck.

Great exercises, easy and i can see results.
I’ve been doing these exercizes every other day for about 4 months and my abs look amazing! I love them because they’re relatively easy, take almost no time to do, and you can even do them when you travel.

these videos are great. I’ve finally found an exersize that I LIKE doing! I’ve lost 3 pounds so far. :]
Warm your body up a little by some brisk walking, stretch your abs nicely and then do ab workouts and stretch after as well. I gaurantee NO PAIN at all. Even by the next morning.

of course it can, all exercise help lose weight but some is more helpful than the others, some take a longer time

hay, im a personal trainer fitness in holland. Your abs training is good, but the first one not. When you train your abs, you must hold your shoulder high, it can´t tough the floor.
