1) – Does make dobble effect if i do it more than 12 times like 24 ?
2) – do you loose weight of this ?
3) – if you wanna loose alot of weight even though you dont need it can you do this and does this make you loose alot of weight or does it just tone you body?

Watch your portions everyday for about 7 days and try to keep your weight the same for that week. If your successful, then you know ur limit in ur daily food intake. Now burn the fat off by adding exercise and these workouts about 5 days a week. Wala!
. When you’ve reached ur goal weight, simply either increase ur portions to maintain the weight or decrease in exercise. I say increase food! lol
